About
This award is for students who do exceptional things beyond the requirements of coursework, particularly related to engagement, publishing, collaboration, and other academic activity. Nominations must clearly highlight how the nominee has promoted critical thinking and the contexts, audiences, activities, etc. related to this. Typically the award will be given for activity during the year of the application, but is not limited to this period (e.g. for a student who has contributed over several years).
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted by a CPAS staff member; students wanting to put themselves forward should discuss an application with the relevant staff member (e.g. course convenor or supervisor). To apply, send (1) a 200 word nomination, and (2) a brief 1-2 sentence summary of the exceptional activity suitable for social media and publicity along with a photo/image. Supporting material may be attached, however all key details should be in the nomination.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a CPAS staff member. Nominees must be an ANU student who has completed a CPAS course in the year of the application.
