Congratulations to CPAS's Associate Professor Dr Will Grant, who is the new Associate Dean Higher Degree Research for the ANU College of Systems and Society. Will is an accomplished teacher, researcher and commentator in science communication, public policy and outreach work. 

Among recent highlights in his research career was being among a team of international scientists, who sailed to the Japan Trench to discover more about what causes tsunamis.

Alongside his teaching and advising, Will has served as CPAS's Associate Director for HDRs. CPAS is so keen for him to bring his expertise and knowledge to the College.
