Jeshka has just completed her BSc (Bio/Chem) and a BA (International relations) at ANU. Her long-term goals are to become a doctor or epidemiologist with Medecins Sans Frontieres specialising in infectious disease.

She volunteers for a number of groups including a sex education organisation and has found many young people to be woefully underprepared and ill-informed regarding sexual activities. Often parents are claimed to be the individuals disallowing adequate sex education, therefore, Jeshka’s honours project is focusing on their values and preferences regarding sex education in schools.
