Congratulations to Master of Science Communication student Elizabeth Lam, who has won an Australian Science Communicators grant for an internship at Cosmos Media in Melbourne.

Ms Lam said she always hoped to be involved in the publishing industry. 

"Being an intern with Cosmos is definitely a great opportunity for me to learn and experience the publication process," Ms Lam said. 

"I look forward to learning from their editorial team and contributors - how they choose topics for featured articles and create a strong pitch for articles.

"I also hope to gain journalistic experience through the internship, which is one of my childhood dreams."
