Suitably qualified candidates can study aspects of scientific communication through research only degrees at the level of Master of Philosophy or Doctor of Philosophy. Generally, entry to these programs requires a Bachelor of Science with Honours at the level of IIA or above.

  • The analysis of the perceptions of risk in the immunisation debate
  • Mental modelling of chemical relationships
  • Public perceptions of experts in mental illness
  • The role of museums and science centres in public awareness
  • The relationship between industry and universities - the cultural divide
  • The role of science theatre in public awareness
  • The history of significant scientific and technical developments
