Biography

Jacqui is currently undertaking PhD research with the supervision of Dr Will Grant. She graduated from Deakin University with First Class Honours in 2012, having majored in Politics, Policy Studies and Journalism during her undergraduate years.

Her study is entitled ‘With us or against us’: Using the wind turbine syndrome case study to examine implications of contested enquiry on individual researchers.'

Jacqui aims to investigate the ways research and researchers' ability to ask questions can be constrained by polarised or hostile environments and what this means for the construction of knowledge.
